Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Atilla Korur started the match with the kick off. Muhammet Eymen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hüseyin Cahit Ankara in the 2nd minute of the match. Özalp Refik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Muhammet Eymen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hüseyin Cahit Ankara scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Muhammet Eymen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Konyaspor defense, Ayvaz Usum kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kudret Tacik. The Konyaspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kudret Tacik should have stopped the shot. Hüseyin Cahit Ankara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Muhammet Eymen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Konyaspor got a freekick which was hit by Hüseyin Cahit Ankara. Kudret Tacik was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Ayvaz Usum capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ayvaz Usum really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. In the 34th match minute, Saphane FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinçer Ongar to maneuver through the defense. When Özalp Refik came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Konyaspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Özalp Refik couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Hüseyin Cahit Ankara sped through Saphane FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Muhammet Eymen. Davut Başesgi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

53 minutes into the match, Saphane FK's goalkeeper Muhammet Eymen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Özalp Refik. If Hüseyin Cahit Ankara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Özalp Refik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Muhammet Eymen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atilla Korur struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Kudret Tacik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saphane FK. Konyaspor's Hüseyin Cahit Ankara got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hüseyin Cahit Ankara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Konyaspor's Özalp Refik got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Hüseyin Cahit Ankara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Konyaspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Hüseyin Cahit Ankara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Muhammet Eymen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 72 minutes into the match, Saphane FK's goal looked a bit too open when Hüseyin Cahit Ankara came free, but Muhammet Eymen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Muhammet Eymen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hüseyin Cahit Ankara in the 73rd minute of the match. Kudret Tacik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilla Korur in the 75th minute of the match. Özalp Refik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Hüseyin Cahit Ankara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Muhammet Eymen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hüseyin Cahit Ankara in the 84th minute of play. Kudret Tacik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilla Korur in the 86th minute of the match. Davut Başesgi hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Arif Özpulat kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Muhammet Eymen was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 99th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ahmet Hayri Durali. When the final whistle sounded Konyaspor left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Saphane FK.
