In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karahalli's goalkeeper Anıl Baran Yadigar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Karahalli's Anıl Baran Yadigar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Kıvanç in the 12th minute of play. Anıl Baran Yadigar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Kıvanç in the 13th minute of play. Hasret Vahit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kayacan Ramiz in the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, HullCity's goal looked a bit too open when Kayacan Ramiz came free, but Hasret Vahit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 played minutes HullCity got a freekick which was hit by Uluç Sayman. Kayacan Ramiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Hasret Vahit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kayacan Ramiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hasret Vahit having to interfere. In the 31st minute of the match Kasım Nezihi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anıl Baran Yadigar skillfully saved the ball. In the 32nd minute, Kayacan Ramiz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hasret Vahit was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bahadır Cemre in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hasret Vahit saved HullCity from getting behind. Kayacan Ramiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hasret Vahit having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bahadır Cemre to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Kayacan Ramiz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karahalli's supporters rose to their feet, but Kayacan Ramiz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hasret Vahit breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 55th minute, Güven Eryiğit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kayacan Ramiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bahadır Cemre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
