Despite this Bahtiyar Şahvar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 8 minutes into the match, Kalecik's Enis Behiç Makul sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bahtiyar Şahvar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Bafraspor 1930's zone, Göktuğ Tancan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bahtiyar Şahvar came out of the goal and Göktuğ Tancan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enis Behiç Makul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Bafraspor 1930's Yunus İdris got a free kick in the 19th minute. The long shot by Alkın Akdağ in the 21st minute really tested Bahtiyar Şahvar's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Gökçe Akbel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cevahir Mikail, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enis Behiç Makul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 33 minutes, Göktuğ Tancan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kalecik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Göktuğ Tancan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bahtiyar Şahvar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Göktuğ Tancan in the 37th minute of the match. The supporters of Kalecik booed when Bafraspor 1930 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bumin Yelesen didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Enis Behiç Makul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enis Behiç Makul who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Bahtiyar Şahvar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Göktuğ Tancan to make the kick off. Enis Behiç Makul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Bahtiyar Şahvar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Bafraspor 1930 defense, Enis Behiç Makul kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bahtiyar Şahvar. İlhan Boysan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gökçe Akbel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play.
