When Süruri Memduh fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Laleli's protests and gave Süruri Memduh a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute, Ogün Balıkçıoğlu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Utku Tarim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Abdi Mehmet Yabgu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Nasir Serdinç in the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Laleli's goal looked a bit too open when Hüseyin Cahit Yaşar came free, but Utku Tarim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Utku Tarim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Akay Akboy in the 14th minute of play. After 15 minutes, Çelikan Levent mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laleli and the Altindag players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th minute, Çelikan Levent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abdi Mehmet Yabgu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Çelikan Levent in the 19th minute. Utku Tarim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akay Akboy, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Ogün Balıkçıoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Utku Tarim having to interfere. Adem Temizöz charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adem Temizöz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Altindag getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Adem Temizöz hit a great ball. Hüseyin Cahit Yaşar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ogün Balıkçıoğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Utku Tarim having to make a save. If Akay Akboy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Müslüm Gökdoğan's late challenge caught a Altindag's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Müslüm Gökdoğan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd minute, Müslüm Gökdoğan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teoman Kutlughan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Altindag were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Hüseyin Cahit Yaşar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Altindag's supporters rose to their feet, but Hüseyin Cahit Yaşar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Utku Tarim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ogün Balıkçıoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdi Mehmet Yabgu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Süruri Memduh in the 57th minute of play. If Akay Akboy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdi Mehmet Yabgu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Savaş Usbay, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Adem Temizöz hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Abdi Mehmet Yabgu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Nasir Serdinç in the 64th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erol İkinci got free with Utku Tarim in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Utku Tarim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Akay Akboy's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. If Ogün Balıkçıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çelikan Levent in the 74th minute of play forced Altindag's goalkeeper Abdi Mehmet Yabgu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th match minute, Laleli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Savaş Usbay to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the game, Çelikan Levent cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Abdi Mehmet Yabgu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abdi Mehmet Yabgu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Çelikan Levent in the 83rd minute of the match. Ogün Balıkçıoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Utku Tarim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Erol İkinci fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Utku Tarim, passed just outside the right post. A collision led to Altindag getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Adem Temizöz hit a great ball. Laleli's Müslüm Gökdoğan got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Çelikan Levent struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Abdi Mehmet Yabgu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laleli. Abdi Mehmet Yabgu came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Laleli's Savaş Usbay. But to his dismay, Savaş Usbay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Altindag's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Laleli had won, even though Altindag had held more of the ball.
