Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Merinos JK's Doğa Çalkın started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Cayiralan FK booed when Merinos JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zaid İltekin didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Işıkalp Bayrak from long distance, 7 minutes into the match, got Abay Temizkanoğlu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Boran Akbaş's late challenge caught a Merinos JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boran Akbaş helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Cayiralan FK getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Boran Akbaş hit a great ball. After 11 played minutes, Merinos JK's Doğa Çalkın shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Duran Cingöz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Merinos JK reached it. Abay Temizkanoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özen Cesimi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boran Akbaş kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Duran Cingöz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Doğa Çalkın went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 1-1 became the score in the 22nd minute when Gürsel Gaza elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Gürsel Gaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özen Cesimi in the 34th minute of play forced Merinos JK's goalkeeper Abay Temizkanoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Merinos JK getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Necip Fazıl Levent hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Doğa Çalkın in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duran Cingöz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Özen Cesimi made the kick off in the second half. Gürsel Gaza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Abay Temizkanoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gürsel Gaza in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abay Temizkanoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Boran Akbaş kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Gürsel Gaza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abay Temizkanoğlu having to make a save. In the 72nd minute, Işıkalp Bayrak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 74 minutes, Ferhat Yazargil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Merinos JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferhat Yazargil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 78 minutes into the game, Doğa Çalkın cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Duran Cingöz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st minute, Özen Cesimi made a precise shot to the right of Abay Temizkanoğlu. Merinos JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Turabi Ceberut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cayiralan FK were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
