The supporters of Ayvalik JK booed when PEGASUS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Hamza Şahin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pekin Tanyeli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özcan Özsel in the 14th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Özcan Özsel sped through Ayvalik JK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pekin Tanyeli. If Mehmet Halis Ersever had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Ayvalik JK's zone, Tarkan Özaltan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pekin Tanyeli came out of the goal and Tarkan Özaltan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60thth minute of the game Özcan Özsel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ayvalik JK's Pekin Tanyeli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mehmet Halis Ersever fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pekin Tanyeli having to interfere. PEGASUS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
