Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abdi Saygın Hastimur kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Ceyhun Temizsoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Veysel Ahsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hüseyin Soyurgal kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdi Saygın Hastimur in the 9th minute of play forced Islahiye's goalkeeper Veysel Ahsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdi Saygın Hastimur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veysel Ahsen having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Abdi Saygın Hastimur notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Islahiye's Veysel Ahsen. Veysel Ahsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Şener Masum fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Altay's protests and gave Şener Masum a yellow card for diving instead. Veysel Ahsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şener Masum in the 22nd minute of the match. Veysel Ahsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bahri Sertel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dursun Ali Avcı got free with Ruhi Sayraç in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th minute Bahri Sertel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Veysel Ahsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Arcan Öğün was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Islahiye's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Altay the free kick. Veysel Ahsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdi Saygın Hastimur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruhi Sayraç made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Arcan Öğün sent off a good shot on target. Veysel Ahsen came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Altay's Abdi Saygın Hastimur. But to his dismay, Abdi Saygın Hastimur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Ceyhun Temizsoy struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Veysel Ahsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altay. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şener Masum in the 45th minute of play forced Islahiye's goalkeeper Veysel Ahsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceyhun Temizsoy in the 46th minute of play forced Islahiye's goalkeeper Veysel Ahsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Veysel Ahsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdi Saygın Hastimur, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. When Arcan Öğün was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 55 minutes had been played. A collision led to Islahiye getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Arcan Öğün hit a great ball. Veysel Ahsen made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Abdi Saygın Hastimur sent off a good shot on target. If Ogün Ekiner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, Ogün Ekiner notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Altay's Ruhi Sayraç. Ruhi Sayraç was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Abdurrahman Kutsoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruhi Sayraç having to interfere. After 69 played minutes Altay got a freekick which was hit by Arif Gaffar Yağıztekin. Altay's Şener Masum got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdi Saygın Hastimur in the 73rd minute of play forced Islahiye's goalkeeper Veysel Ahsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Altay's goalkeeper Ruhi Sayraç, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anıl Berk Unan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Veysel Ahsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Veysel Ahsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şener Masum in the 80th minute of the match. After 80 played minutes Islahiye got a freekick which was hit by Hüseyin Soyurgal. Islahiye's Veysel Ahsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdi Saygın Hastimur in the 85th minute of play. Veysel Ahsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceyhun Temizsoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Bahri Sertel scored 1-4 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Veysel Ahsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Altay left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Islahiye.
