In the 18th match minute, Alper FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raşit Üstüner to maneuver through the defense. Demirhan Ergüleç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Haluk Dokuzer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Orhan Ocakçı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Antalyaspor booed when Alper FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barlas Uluçkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Çağdaş Hafi in the 37th minute really tested Aziz Özge's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Demirhan Ergüleç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Orhan Ocakçı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Haluk Dokuzer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Hakkı Onur Sebukalp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Antalyaspor's Yavuz Rebi got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Antalyaspor's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Demirhan Ergüleç fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 61 minutes of play, Alper FC's Ali Orhan Ocakçı made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Haluk Dokuzer was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yavuz Rebi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute, Cevahir Karasu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute, Yağızalp Şenel sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Antalyaspor's Haluk Dokuzer didn't even have to move. Yavuz Rebi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Antalyaspor booed when Alper FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reşit Yula didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raşit Üstüner hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Ali Orhan Ocakçı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antalyaspor's Yavuz Rebi got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Alper FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Alper FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
