Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Sungur Kotuz made the kick off and thus started the match. Meriç Özsen charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Meriç Özsen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Alpu booed when Demirköy SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Meriç Özsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ali Hamza Zor scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Atilla Bumin Pekel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With 11 minutes on the clock, Cezmi Kumanbay commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 10 minutes into the game, one of Alpu:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Demirköy SK a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ali Macit Perker, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Alpu's Naci Özer. 1-1. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Demirköy SK's goalkeeper Atilla Bumin Pekel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Naci Özer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sungur Kotuz, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute, Kutlu Üçok hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Alpu's Alican Şahinalp got a free kick in the 31st minute. 37 minutes into the match, Alpu's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Nasir Kani came free, but Naci Özer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Sungur Kotuz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Naci Özer was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After the first half Demirköy SK were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With an all-out effort, Demirköy SK's Naci Özer threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kutlu Üçok, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Naci Özer made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Ahmet Nasir Kani sent off a good shot on target. After 53 played minutes Alpu got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Bülent Onsoy. Ahmet Nasir Kani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Naci Özer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atilla Bumin Pekel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Bülent Onsoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Demirköy SK's Sungur Kotuz got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmet Bülent Onsoy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Alpu getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Alican Şahinalp hit a great ball. In the 70th minute, Sungur Kotuz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Naci Özer, passed just outside the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Demirköy SK's zone, Ahmet Bülent Onsoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atilla Bumin Pekel came out of the goal and Ahmet Bülent Onsoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th minute, Demirköy SK's Sungur Kotuz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Atilla Bumin Pekel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Bülent Onsoy in the 82nd minute of the match. Naci Özer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sungur Kotuz in the 85th minute of play. Chants of Demirköy SK echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Alpu had held the ball for most of the match.
