Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Odak's Alpay Tahir started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Esen Uyun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kuddusî Saye showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alpay Tahir, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Aytaç Toran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ertuğrul Has in the 14th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Odak's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Ege Alişan came free, but Aytaç Toran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alpay Tahir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Kuddusî Saye tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a long run with the ball, Alpay Tahir did a trick in the 28th minute in front of Giresun SK's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 0-1. An impressive performance by Odak's Alpay Tahir! After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Ertuğrul Has managed to get in a good position for a shot. Giresun SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ertuğrul Has was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aytaç Toran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Giresun SK's zone, Resul Hallaç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kuddusî Saye came out of the goal and Resul Hallaç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orhun Esentürk made in the 44th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ensar Biçimli however managed to control. Kuddusî Saye took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Resul Hallaç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
Resul Hallaç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Ahmet Ege Alişan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aytaç Toran. Odak's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmet Ege Alişan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Kuddusî Saye showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Resul Hallaç, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Orhun Esentürk kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Giresun SK's goalkeeper Kuddusî Saye, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ali Hamza Kutunalp was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 78 minutes into the match. Aytaç Toran had in the 80thth minute some difficulties stopping Harun Kayıboylu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Aytaç Toran came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Giresun SK's Harun Kayıboylu. But to his dismay, Harun Kayıboylu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Odak's Aytaç Toran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ertuğrul Has in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Giresun SK's Ertuğrul Has got a free kick in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Ege Alişan in the 94th minute of play forced Odak's goalkeeper Aytaç Toran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
