Orhaneli SK's Fazlı Türe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koray Tunçkan in the 14th minute of play. If Koray Tunçkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Orhaneli SK's goalkeeper Fazlı Türe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdullatif Ülke. In the 21st minute of the match Altuğ Hiçsönmez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fazlı Türe skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celal Öksal got free with Fazlı Türe in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Bircan Reşit came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Orhaneli SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bircan Reşit couldn't finish the play. Bilge Kağan Tunçsoy kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Orhaneli SK's Bircan Reşit nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enginalp Akbuğ made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. With a little luck, Orhaneli SK's Fazlı Türe got control of the ball when Celal Öksal tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Koray Tunçkan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Enginalp Akbuğ took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Harun Toktahan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Koray Tunçkan in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fazlı Türe saved Orhaneli SK from getting behind. Sezgin Sidar kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koray Tunçkan in the 62nd minute of play forced Orhaneli SK's goalkeeper Fazlı Türe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enginalp Akbuğ made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bircan Reşit in the 65th minute. Enginalp Akbuğ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Harun Toktahan in the 76th minute of the match. With a little luck, Güce's Enginalp Akbuğ got control of the ball when Bircan Reşit tried to sneak it across the goal line. Orhaneli SK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
