Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ersan Yorangil started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabit Kutel in the 3rd minute of play forced Tahtakale's goalkeeper Abdullah İstanbul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Tuna Semavi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karliova JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tahtakale the free kick. After a rather tough play, Karliova JK's Tuna Semavi got a free kick in the 8th minute. Abdullah İstanbul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabit Kutel in the 12th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Erol Revis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sungur Akbal, 1-0. 19 minutes into the game, Sabit Kutel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Abdullah İstanbul was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cezmi Muhlis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Sungur Akbal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ersan Yorangil's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Sungur Akbal skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mümtazer Engintalay kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. A hard shot 30 in the game by Ersan Yorangil from a close distance when the talented Sungur Akbal managed to make a qualified save. Karliova JK's players were relieved. Abdullah İstanbul came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Karliova JK's Sabit Kutel. But to his dismay, Sabit Kutel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Tahtakale's Erol Revis got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Cezmi Muhlis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sungur Akbal. The goal made the score 2-2. After 45 minutes, Zeki Durkaya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karliova JK and the Tahtakale players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tahtakale's goalkeeper Abdullah İstanbul, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sabit Kutel to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Karliova JK's goal looked a bit too open when Cezmi Muhlis came free, but Sungur Akbal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Ersan Yorangil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sungur Akbal. Karliova JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ersan Yorangil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. If Ersan Yorangil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sungur Akbal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necmi Tamkoç, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. When Mümtazer Engintalay fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karliova JK's protests and gave Mümtazer Engintalay a yellow card for diving instead. In the 58th minute, Mümtazer Engintalay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tahtakale's Abdullah İstanbul proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Tahtakale from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute Ersan Yorangil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sungur Akbal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tahtakale's Abdullah İstanbul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabit Kutel in the 64th minute of play. Abdullah İstanbul took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabit Kutel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sabit Kutel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sungur Akbal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ersan Yorangil in the 71st minute of play. Karliova JK's Sungur Akbal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necmi Tamkoç in the 73rd minute of play. In the 79th minute, Ersan Yorangil made a precise shot to the right of Sungur Akbal. Karliova JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. Tahtakale's Abdullah İstanbul proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Tahtakale from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Tahtakale's Abdullah İstanbul got control of the ball when Mümtazer Engintalay tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sungur Akbal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ersan Yorangil in the 90th minute of play. Karliova JK's Sungur Akbal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necmi Tamkoç in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabit Kutel in the 96th minute of play forced Tahtakale's goalkeeper Abdullah İstanbul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tahtakale fully deserved thier win.
