The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to YaMaN1954 FK getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Doğaner Selami hit a great ball. In the 3rd minute, Alim Taygun sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and YaMaN1954 FK's Numan Yenay didn't even have to move. Numan Yenay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Atabek Sezal in the 4th minute. Mustafa Kemal Üstündağ charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mustafa Kemal Üstündağ the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mustafa Kemal Üstündağ hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Numan Yenay was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sertel Aşık showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. YaMaN1954 FK's Numan Yenay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alim Taygun in the 13th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sawyer FC's zone, Anıl Berk Serdaroğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Furkan Yarkın came out of the goal and Anıl Berk Serdaroğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the match, YaMaN1954 FK's goal looked a bit too open when Alim Taygun came free, but Numan Yenay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atabek Sezal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Numan Yenay made a huge save. Uğur Berksu made in the 24th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Atabek Sezal immediately put the ball in play. 27 minutes into the match, YaMaN1954 FK's goal looked a bit too open when Alim Taygun came free, but Numan Yenay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Numan Yenay was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alim Taygun showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 29 minute of play. After 31 played minutes YaMaN1954 FK got a freekick which was hit by Tuncer Tur. Numan Yenay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alim Taygun in the 34th minute of play. Uğur Berksu hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the game, Atabek Sezal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Numan Yenay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alim Taygun to strike the kick off in the second half. Numan Yenay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alim Taygun in the 52nd minute of play. Mustafa Kemal Üstündağ kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Sertel Aşık hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anıl Berk Serdaroğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Furkan Yarkın having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Ali Cengiz Kayaalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Numan Yenay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alim Taygun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tuncer Tur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tuncer Tur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the YaMaN1954 FK defense, Atabek Sezal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Numan Yenay. The YaMaN1954 FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Numan Yenay should have stopped the shot. In the 83rd minute Alim Taygun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Numan Yenay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atabek Sezal in the 83rd minute of play forced YaMaN1954 FK's goalkeeper Numan Yenay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Furkan Yarkın made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tuncer Tur in the 87th minute. Numan Yenay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alim Taygun in the 94th minute of play. Sawyer FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of YaMaN1954 FK for a fine match.
