Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vacib Tekalp started the match with the kick off. Hatemi Soyselçuk came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Küre's Mürsel Müfit. But to his dismay, Mürsel Müfit quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 10 minutes, Aydemir Kartal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Küre and the Yenikapi SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Küre! Ali Cengiz Bayman placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Muharrem Yalçınkaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vacib Tekalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vacib Tekalp took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Muharrem Yalçınkaya. Muharrem Yalçınkaya dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Berat Zorbey scored 1-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hatemi Soyselçuk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hatemi Soyselçuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Göktürk Civanbaht in the 28th minute of play. Reis Özkocs short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Muharrem Yalçınkaya to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The attack was good, but when Berat Zorbey in the 34th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After 36 minutes, Ali Cengiz Bayman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yenikapi SK and the Küre players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee gave Küre a penalty, 37 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aydemir Kartal, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Yenikapi SK's Hatemi Soyselçuk. 1-3. 43 minutes into the match, Yenikapi SK's goal looked a bit too open when Berat Zorbey came free, but Hatemi Soyselçuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Reis Özkoc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ömür Battal hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute of the match Ali Cengiz Bayman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Muharrem Yalçınkaya skillfully saved the ball. In the 58th minute, Reis Özkoc got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Muharrem Yalçınkaya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vacib Tekalp in the 59th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Yenikapi SK defense, Mürsel Müfit kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hatemi Soyselçuk. The Yenikapi SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hatemi Soyselçuk should have stopped the shot. Yenikapi SK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Ömür Battal scored to the left of an out of position Hatemi Soyselçuk, making the score, 1-5. Ahmet Haşim Özduru hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Berat Zorbey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Hatemi Soyselçuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vacib Tekalp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Muharrem Yalçınkaya having to make a save. Kutlu Temren hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute Göktürk Civanbaht shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hatemi Soyselçuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reis Özkoc blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Muharrem Yalçınkaya having to make a save. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Yenikapi SK's goalkeeper Hatemi Soyselçuk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Vacib Tekalp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Muharrem Yalçınkaya was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Küre's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
