With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaffar Horasanlı prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute, Ünsal Özalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kabatas's Gaffar Horasanlı proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Kabatas from getting a goal against them. After having played for 38 minutes, Ömür Battal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
