Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Gemerek JK's Batıray Sargan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Mazidagi getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. İlhan Secahat hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the match, Gemerek JK's goalkeeper Gencay Canaydin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Şenol Yesari. Şenol Yesari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Gencay Canaydin made a huge save. 12 minutes into the game, Mustafa Serafet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mazidagi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gemerek JK the free kick. Gencay Canaydin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Utkan Enginer in the 21st minute of play. Şenol Yesari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gencay Canaydin having to interfere. Şenol Yesari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute of the match Semih Pektaşi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emrah Özsu skillfully saved the ball. In the 33rd minute Utkan Enginer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gencay Canaydin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Gemerek JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaptan İhlas to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 34 minutes, Şenol Yesari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mazidagi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şenol Yesari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gemerek JK's Gencay Canaydin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Gemerek JK from getting a goal against them. Utkan Enginer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Gencay Canaydin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Batıray Sargan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gencay Canaydin was a little too slow when Utkan Enginer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Utkan Enginer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kaptan İhlas's late challenge caught a Mazidagi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kaptan İhlas helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Gemerek JK getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Kaptan İhlas hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Şenol Yesari managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mazidagi's supporters rose to their feet, but Şenol Yesari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gencay Canaydin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gemerek JK! In the 67th match minute, Gemerek JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baran Alp Baykut to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute Şenol Yesari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gencay Canaydin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Gemerek JK's zone, Şenol Yesari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gencay Canaydin came out of the goal and Şenol Yesari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Utkan Enginer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Batıray Sargan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Emrah Özsu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 81 minutes, Kubilay Bardakçı managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gemerek JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kubilay Bardakçı was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Utkan Enginer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gencay Canaydin was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. After 92 played minutes Mazidagi got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Serafet. If Şenol Yesari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee ended the match the Mazidagi players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
