The referee ignored Avcilar's protests and gave Ahmet Emir Ispartalı a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th minute, one of Avcilar:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Avcilar. Keramettin Gümüşcü struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Bayhan Aktaşlıoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Avcilar. When Keramettin Gümüşcü, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 73 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Bayhan Aktaşlıoğlu was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When İskender Kaveloğlu fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Avcilar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Keramettin Gümüşcü was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Avcilar were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
