But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Servet Soytekin couldn't finish the play. The Uzundere fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Uzundere's Servet Soytekin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 42ndth minute of the game Servet Soytekin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Topkapi's Mehmet Hakkı Aktaş was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Uzundere's Servet Soytekin got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Topkapi's goalkeeper Mehmet Hakkı Aktaş, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 46 minutes into the game, Servet Soytekin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uzundere's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Topkapi the free kick. After 47 played minutes Uzundere got a freekick which was hit by Servet Soytekin. After the first half Uzundere were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kadir Nuh was the one to do the kick off. Servet Soytekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the match, Topkapi's goal looked a bit too open when Servet Soytekin came free, but Mehmet Hakkı Aktaş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Servet Soytekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Uzundere booed when Topkapi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kadir Nuh didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Uzundere fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Uzundere's Servet Soytekin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 81 minutes, Servet Soytekin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uzundere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Servet Soytekin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Servet Soytekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Servet Soytekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Topkapi's Mehmet Hakkı Aktaş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Topkapi from getting a goal against them. Tayyar Şemsifer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Hakkı Aktaş having to interfere. A collision led to Topkapi getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Mustafa Cumhur Hazlan hit a great ball. Uzundere played a much better game than Topkapi and deserved their victory. The Topkapi players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
