Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Almus's Rafet Ilgın started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Gedik SK's Necdet Zirve in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Almus's goalie prevented a goal. In the 6th minute Necdet Zirve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Köksal Dalmaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute there was a penalty for Gedik SK. Lefter Pekel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Köksal Dalmaz. 1-0. Boğaçhan Buminhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emran Neyzen in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Necdet Zirve got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Almus's zone, Necdet Zirve stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Köksal Dalmaz came out of the goal and Necdet Zirve tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 22 minutes into the match, Gedik SK's goal looked a bit too open when Rafet Ilgın came free, but Boğaçhan Buminhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boğaçhan Buminhan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafet Ilgın's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. After 29 played minutes Almus got a freekick which was hit by Hakkı Ruşeni. In the last second Köksal Dalmaz throw himself and got hold of the ball when Necdet Zirve in the 30thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After having played for 31 minutes, Güral Demirağ managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gedik SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Güral Demirağ was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Necdet Zirve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Köksal Dalmaz having to interfere. A hard shot 34 in the game by Güral Demirağ from a close distance when the talented Köksal Dalmaz managed to make a qualified save. Almus's players were relieved. The supporters of Gedik SK booed when Almus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pars Ötüken didn't get a good kick on the ball. Necdet Zirve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Köksal Dalmaz having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Necdet Zirve made a kick off. During the 56th minute of the match Hakkı Ruşeni completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Hakkı Ruşeni a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The audience was convinced that Necdet Zirve's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Köksal Dalmaz was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. 67 minutes into the match, Gedik SK's Necdet Zirve sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Köksal Dalmaz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gedik SK's Güral Demirağ got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Köksal Dalmaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Güral Demirağ in the 75th minute of the match. Köksal Dalmaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Necdet Zirve in the 79th minute of play. After 80 played minutes Almus got a freekick which was hit by Pars Ötüken. Köksal Dalmaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Güral Demirağ in the 81st minute of play. In the 86th minute, Pars Ötüken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Güral Demirağ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Gedik SK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
