Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fazıl Canıtez started the match with the kick off. Kıvanç Sergen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rıdvan Necmi in the 2nd minute of play. Ferman Kerim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fazıl Canıtez, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After having played for 5 minutes, Rıdvan Necmi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Battalgazi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rıdvan Necmi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gevas's Kıvanç Sergen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Avni Bayazid in the 9th minute of play. The supporters of Gevas booed when Battalgazi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Güngör Sendur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Avni Bayazid charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Avni Bayazid the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Battalgazi getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Avni Bayazid hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Battalgazi's goalkeeper Ferman Kerim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alptuğ Ataseven. After 22 minutes of play, Battalgazi's Ulaş Ergüder made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kıvanç Sergen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rıdvan Necmi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kıvanç Sergen having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Mustafa İzzet Yusuf managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gevas's supporters rose to their feet, but Mustafa İzzet Yusuf was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferman Kerim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fazlı Tuyuğ hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Rıdvan Necmi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Ulaş Ergüder made a precise shot to the right of Kıvanç Sergen. Gevas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 45 minutes of play, Battalgazi's Ulaş Ergüder made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kıvanç Sergen was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulaş Ergüder in the 47th minute of play forced Gevas's goalkeeper Kıvanç Sergen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
The wind increased when Ulaş Ergüder made the kick off in the second half. Kıvanç Sergen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulaş Ergüder in the 51st minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Kazım Yersel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 57 minutes of play, Battalgazi's Ertuğrul Ulutaş made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kıvanç Sergen was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Gevas's Fazıl Canıtez got a free kick in the 59th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Gevas's goalkeeper Kıvanç Sergen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rıdvan Necmi. 64 minutes into the game, Rıdvan Necmi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Battalgazi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gevas the free kick. The supporters of Gevas booed when Battalgazi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rıdvan Necmi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kazım Yersel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ferman Kerim. Battalgazi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Gevas's zone, Ulaş Ergüder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kıvanç Sergen came out of the goal and Ulaş Ergüder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ertuğrul Ulutaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rıdvan Necmi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Kıvanç Sergen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gevas's Kıvanç Sergen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulaş Ergüder in the 78th minute of play. Ertuğrul Ulutaş kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Mustafa İzzet Yusuf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gevas's Kıvanç Sergen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulaş Ergüder in the 90th minute of play. Doğaner Cengaver hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Ferman Kerim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fazıl Canıtez, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Mustafa İzzet Yusuf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Battalgazi's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
