Fuat Muammer hit a great ball. sifinspor's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Kılıç Uyun scored to the left of an out of position Bedir Keyhüsrev, making the score, 1-0. When Kılıç Uyun fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tokatspor FK's protests and gave Kılıç Uyun a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of sifinspor booed when Tokatspor FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kılıç Uyun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute Sakut Özbilek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halil Can Karanalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Rüstem Şabi notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Tokatspor FK's Halil Can Karanalp. Tokatspor FK's Halil Can Karanalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berker Rıza Uygunel in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Tokatspor FK's goal looked a bit too open when Berker Rıza Uygunel came free, but Halil Can Karanalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Tokatspor FK defense, Sakut Özbilek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Halil Can Karanalp. The Tokatspor FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Halil Can Karanalp should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berker Rıza Uygunel in the 48th minute of play forced Tokatspor FK's goalkeeper Halil Can Karanalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 74thth minute of the game Hulki Yağıztekin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but sifinspor's Bedir Keyhüsrev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 77th minute, Sakut Özbilek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The sifinspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. Bedir Keyhüsrev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emin Bayman in the 81st minute of play. sifinspor's Bedir Keyhüsrev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emin Bayman in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Tokatspor FK's goalkeeper Halil Can Karanalp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sakut Özbilek. If Rüstem Şabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Halil Can Karanalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berker Rıza Uygunel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hulki Yağıztekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bedir Keyhüsrev having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tokatspor FK had won after a very even match.
