Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Galatasaray F.C's Ali Ömer Cilasun started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd match minute, Galatasaray F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berker Sağun to maneuver through the defense. After 5 minutes, Mehmet Oğuz Özakay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tasköprü and the Galatasaray F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mehmet Oğuz Özakay kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peker Erdönmez in the 8th minute of play forced Galatasaray F.C's goalkeeper Ender Hatemoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rauf Özveri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ender Hatemoğlu having to interfere. After 10 played minutes Galatasaray F.C got a freekick which was hit by İsmail Hakkı Haliç. Yakup Kadri Pektaşi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Ömer Cilasun's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. A collision led to Tasköprü getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ahmet Ceyhan Malgır hit a great ball. A hard shot 18 in the game by Şener Akçakoca from a close distance when the talented Yakup Kadri Pektaşi managed to make a qualified save. Tasköprü's players were relieved. If Rauf Özveri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tasköprü's Yakup Kadri Pektaşi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Tasköprü from getting a goal against them. Mehmet Oğuz Özakay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yakup Kadri Pektaşi was a little too slow when Ali Ömer Cilasun got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 1-0. Ender Hatemoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peker Erdönmez, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. When Tasköprü's Rauf Özveri in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Galatasaray F.C's goalie prevented a goal. In the 48th minute Ali Ömer Cilasun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yakup Kadri Pektaşi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rauf Özveri to make the kick off. When Şener Akçakoca came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Galatasaray F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şener Akçakoca couldn't finish the play. In the 56th match minute, Galatasaray F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kuzey Özkan to maneuver through the defense. Şeref Kura took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ender Hatemoğlu. Galatasaray F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Peker Erdönmez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ender Hatemoğlu having to interfere. Galatasaray F.C's Ender Hatemoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rauf Özveri in the 60th minute of play. With a little luck, Galatasaray F.C's Ender Hatemoğlu got control of the ball when Peker Erdönmez tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peker Erdönmez got free with Ender Hatemoğlu in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Rauf Özveri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peker Erdönmez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ender Hatemoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Galatasaray F.C's Ender Hatemoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rauf Özveri in the 76th minute of play. After having played for 78 minutes, Peker Erdönmez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tasköprü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peker Erdönmez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Tasköprü's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Ömer Cilasun came free, but Yakup Kadri Pektaşi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rauf Özveri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Galatasaray F.C's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
