After having played for 3 minutes, Hazar Memduh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Menekse's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hazar Memduh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Hazar Memduh's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ayhan Öğeturk was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. After 9 played minutes Dalaman got a freekick which was hit by Emrah Yalgın. If Aygün Kamver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th match minute, Dalaman was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emrah Yalgın to maneuver through the defense. Semi Serdengeçti kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şimşek Barçın in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fahri Dündaroğlu saved Menekse from getting behind. Ayhan Öğeturk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aygün Kamver in the 37th minute of the match. Hazar Memduh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Seyrani Yesari during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Seyrani Yesari kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Dalaman's Şimşek Barçın sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fahri Dündaroğlu narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The Dalaman fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. When Rahman Alan came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Dalaman fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rahman Alan couldn't finish the play. Hamza Rafi kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Menekse's zone, Rahman Alan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fahri Dündaroğlu came out of the goal and Rahman Alan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
