Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Kadri Ülküm started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ahmet Oğuz Tolgan kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Necdet Pekalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bedir Taşkıner having to interfere. Saruhan Kayhan made in the 15th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by LosGalatasaray's Genco Özdoruk. Kadri Ülküm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Mert Önel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mustafa Uyaralp fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LosGalatasaray's protests and gave Mustafa Uyaralp a yellow card for diving instead. Mustafa Uyaralp hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 19 played minutes, Karsiyaka JK's Ecevit Taşdan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bedir Taşkıner came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Karsiyaka JK reached it. In the 20th minute of the game Saruhan Kayhan made a throw-in which Sakut Güneş played forward. Mert Önel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kadri Ülküm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as LosGalatasaray's Genco Özdoruk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mert Önel. That made the score 1-0 after 26 minutes of play. Ecevit Taşdan kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After 33 played minutes LosGalatasaray got a freekick which was hit by Genco Özdoruk. 34 minutes into the game, Sakut Güneş cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Bedir Taşkıner was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Saruhan Kayhan kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Bedir Taşkıner came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Karsiyaka JK's Necdet Pekalp. But to his dismay, Necdet Pekalp quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sakut Güneş stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Genco Özdoruk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LosGalatasaray's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genco Özdoruk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mert Önel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kadri Ülküm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the game, Kadri Ülküm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Mert Önel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bedir Taşkıner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sakut Güneş in the 66th minute of play. Halil Can Zeynelabidin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sakut Güneş in the 72nd minute of play forced LosGalatasaray's goalkeeper Bedir Taşkıner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Necdet Pekalp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 81st minute, Genco Özdoruk made a precise shot to the right of Mert Önel. Karsiyaka JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Genco Özdoruk managed to get in a good position for a shot. LosGalatasaray's supporters rose to their feet, but Genco Özdoruk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mert Önel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Karsiyaka JK booed when LosGalatasaray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafet Heper didn't get a good kick on the ball. LosGalatasaray's Bedir Taşkıner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sakut Güneş in the 87th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, Karsiyaka JK's goal looked a bit too open when Halil Can Zeynelabidin came free, but Mert Önel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 97 minutes of play, LosGalatasaray's Halil Can Zeynelabidin made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mert Önel was left in no man's land by his defense there! LosGalatasaray's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
