Hayri Mertkan might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Şentürk Kaymaz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hayri Mertkan ran back to his position shaking his head. Karacoban FK's attack was well implemented in the 9th minute, but when Baransel Taluy was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karacoban FK's goalkeeper Hakkı Karadeniz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 15 minutes, Baransel Taluy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karacoban FK and the Eyüpspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Karacoban FK getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Baransel Taluy hit a great ball. Eyüpspor's Şentürk Kaymaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baransel Taluy in the 18th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Baybars Pekdeger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, Karacoban FK's goal looked a bit too open when Gökçe Sadak came free, but Hakkı Karadeniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hakkı Karadeniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boğaç Oğuzbala, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. If Gökçe Sadak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hakkı Karadeniz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boğaç Oğuzbala's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Karacoban FK's zone, Gökçe Sadak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hakkı Karadeniz came out of the goal and Gökçe Sadak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

If Boğaç Oğuzbala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hakkı Karadeniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökçe Sadak in the 56th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Boğaç Oğuzbala got free with Hakkı Karadeniz in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hakkı Karadeniz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gökçe Sadak's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karacoban FK's goalkeeper Hakkı Karadeniz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gökçe Sadak in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hakkı Karadeniz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 76 minutes into the game, Boğaç Oğuzbala cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hakkı Karadeniz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Şentürk Kaymaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hayri Mertkan in the 79th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Boğaç Oğuzbala got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Boğaç Oğuzbala's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Hakkı Karadeniz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gökçe Sadak in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hakkı Karadeniz saved Karacoban FK from getting behind. The Karacoban FK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Eyüpspor were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
