Menderes Ahmetoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Ergin Ulgu made a huge save. After 6th play minutes Menderes Ahmetoğlu shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Ergin Ulgu and just under the crossbar into goal. 11 minutes into the game, Necip Usman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Can Özbekkan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Baran Bilge Saygın blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ergin Ulgu having to make a save. If Menderes Ahmetoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fadıl Kongar during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Keciborlu's Can Özbekkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necip Usman in the 24th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Keciborlu's Baran Bilge Saygın got a free kick in the 26th minute. Ediz Şensoy's late challenge caught a Keciborlu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ediz Şensoy helped the player get up and apologised. Ediz Şensoy kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Mehmet Emin Aydoğan scored 2-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ergin Ulgu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Lütfü Akmeşe fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Keciborlu's protests and gave Lütfü Akmeşe a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Keciborlu's Lütfü Akmeşe got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 47th minute, Menderes Ahmetoğlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Keciborlu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mehmet Emin Aydoğan to strike the kick off in the second half. Keciborlu's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
