Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kamber Revan started the match with the kick off. Ali Nabi Kartekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atacan Saruca having to interfere. Atacan Saruca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Nabi Kartekin in the 8th minute of the match. After 10 played minutes Selendi got a freekick which was hit by Akif Akad. Muzaffer Ulucağ made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kamber Revan in the 15th minute of play. If Yağızhan Özbilir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 19 played minutes Bornova got a freekick which was hit by Nejat Alp Hakan. 20 minutes into the match, Bornova's goal looked a bit too open when Kamber Revan came free, but Muzaffer Ulucağ reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Bornova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oğuz Sezal to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 27 minutes, Ali Nabi Kartekin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bornova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Nabi Kartekin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atacan Saruca didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Bornova's Nedim Zorlu shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. 34 minutes into the game, Kamber Revan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Muzaffer Ulucağ. Kamber Revan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 40th of the match, Kamber Revan tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Muzaffer Ulucağ got in the way and made a wonderful save. After a rather tough play, Bornova's Nejat Alp Hakan got a free kick in the 40th minute. When Kamber Revan came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Selendi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kamber Revan couldn't finish the play. 47 minutes into the game, Nedim Zorlu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Atacan Saruca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nedim Zorlu to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Selendi's Orbay Somer got a free kick in the 54th minute. Orbay Somer kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After 59 minutes of play, Bornova's Ali Nabi Kartekin made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Atacan Saruca was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 63rd minute Yağızhan Özbilir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muzaffer Ulucağ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oğuz Sezal hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Yağızhan Özbilir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muzaffer Ulucağ having to interfere. Kamber Revan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Muzaffer Ulucağ tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Selendi's goalkeeper Atacan Saruca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A very good chance. Bornova's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
