Atacan Saruca came out of the goal and Asım Övünç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Kamber Revan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kutluay Baltacı having to interfere. In the 88th minute Kamber Revan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kutluay Baltacı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Meci FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Selendi to leave the ground with a draw.
