Sabit Sağlamtürk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. İbrahim Birhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabit Sağlamtürk having to interfere. After having played for 15 minutes, Fevzi Baldemir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aliaga JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fevzi Baldemir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Birkan Özguc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Manavgat getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Çakabey Akgüngör hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Hayri Kara shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Çelebi Uzhan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Fevzi Baldemir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aliaga JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Fevzi Baldemir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Çelebi Uzhan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Fevzi Baldemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Manavgat defense, Birkan Özguc kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Çelebi Uzhan. The Manavgat fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Çelebi Uzhan should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Manavgat booed when Aliaga JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hayri Kara didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Mithat Eroğlu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Aliaga JK's Sabit Sağlamtürk didn't even have to move. In the 46th minute there was a penalty for Manavgat. Mithat Eroğlu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sabit Sağlamtürk. 1-2. After the first half Manavgat were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fevzi Baldemir stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Birkan Özguc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 58 played minutes Aliaga JK got a freekick which was hit by Reis Terzioğlu. Reis Terzioğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. When Avni Uzman came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Manavgat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Avni Uzman couldn't finish the play. Avni Uzman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabit Sağlamtürk having to interfere. Fevzi Baldemir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çelebi Uzhan having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Manavgat's goal looked a bit too open when Birkan Özguc came free, but Çelebi Uzhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Aliaga JK's goalkeeper Sabit Sağlamtürk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Avni Uzman. 97 minutes into the match, Avni Uzman notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Aliaga JK's Sabit Sağlamtürk. Sabit Sağlamtürk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Manavgat had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
