Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hüseyin Can Veli got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Safranbolu JK's zone, Kayhan Kayıboylu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Resul Tuna came out of the goal and Kayhan Kayıboylu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 5th match minute, Safranbolu JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agah Hezarfen to maneuver through the defense. Emirşah Aker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Resul Tuna made a huge save. Arkın Temizcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alican Özyurek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baturalp Emek in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Safranbolu JK's Hüseyin Can Veli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alican Özyurek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some careless play in the Yükseltepe FK defense, Hüseyin Can Veli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alican Özyurek. The Yükseltepe FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alican Özyurek should have stopped the shot. In the 21st match minute, Yükseltepe FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arkın Temizcan to maneuver through the defense. Hacı Beşir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Necip İslamoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Yavuz Selim Hasret fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Safranbolu JK's protests and gave Yavuz Selim Hasret a yellow card for diving instead. Yükseltepe FK's Basri Öktuğ was substituted for Ege Trabzonlu. The supporters of Yükseltepe FK booed when Safranbolu JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yavuz Selim Hasret didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Safranbolu JK's Orçun Rikap nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alican Özyurek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Alican Özyurek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hacı Beşir went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. After the first half Safranbolu JK were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nusret Temizer to make the kick off. With a little luck, Yükseltepe FK's Alican Özyurek got control of the ball when Baturalp Emek tried to sneak it across the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, Safranbolu JK's Baturalp Emek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alican Özyurek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. In the 58th play minute Baturalp Emek came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alican Özyurek. 1-6. In the 61st minute, Baturalp Emek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alican Özyurek was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. A hard shot by Uğur Sendur from long distance, 65 minutes into the match, got Alican Özyurek's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Kayhan Kayıboylu kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Safranbolu JK's Baturalp Emek ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alican Özyurek. Alican Özyurek yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-8. When Uğur Sendur fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Safranbolu JK's protests and gave Uğur Sendur a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Yükseltepe FK booed when Safranbolu JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uğur Sendur didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Safranbolu JK's goalkeeper Resul Tuna, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Resul Tuna came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Yükseltepe FK's Nusret Temizer. But to his dismay, Nusret Temizer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-8. After 84 played minutes Safranbolu JK got a freekick which was hit by Hacı Beşir. Emirşah Aker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kayhan Kayıboylu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Safranbolu JK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
