With a little luck, Bor's Gökay Durhal got control of the ball when Şahap Nuratay tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Cahit Yengi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Siteler's supporters rose to their feet, but Cahit Yengi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gökay Durhal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Cahit Yengi, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 50 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Gökay Durhal was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cahit Yengi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Cahit Yengi managed to get in a good position for a shot. After 94 played minutes Siteler got a freekick which was hit by Hikmet Orkut. Cahit Yengi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Gökay Durhal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Siteler had played much better football throughout.
