Güralp Tuğtaşı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baki Kura in the 3rd minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Esme's Halil İbrahim Ilgın sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cenan Zaik narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 12th match minute, Adalar SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anıl Baran User to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute Saruhan Paşa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güralp Tuğtaşı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saruhan Paşa might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Güralp Tuğtaşı. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saruhan Paşa ran back to his position shaking his head. 34 minutes into the match, Adalar SK's goal looked a bit too open when Halil İbrahim Ilgın came free, but Cenan Zaik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
