Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ali Orhan Kuntman took the kick off in the first half of the match. Kubilay Yaltır hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Cevdet Eryilmaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aşkın Rebi in the 5th minute of play. Yusuf Bahadır Ilgın hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eskihisar's goalkeeper Cevdet Eryilmaz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Güneri Açıkel made in the 10th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Eskihisar's Muhsin Şavat. Mustafa Birol Ünsi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Gökçek Sururi made a huge save. In the 12th match minute, Eskihisar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yusuf Bahadır Ilgın to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Fenerbahçe booed when Eskihisar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demir Ülker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eskihisar's Cevdet Eryilmaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aşkın Rebi in the 16th minute of play. In the 20th minute Ahmet Necdet Hamurcuoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cevdet Eryilmaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cevdet Eryilmaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uğuralp Bahadır in the 22nd minute of play. When Aşkın Rebi came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Fenerbahçe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aşkın Rebi couldn't finish the play. In the 28th minute Uğuralp Bahadır shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cevdet Eryilmaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uğuralp Bahadır received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Cevdet Eryilmaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute Uğuralp Bahadır shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cevdet Eryilmaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ali Orhan Kuntman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cevdet Eryilmaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aşkın Rebi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Uğuralp Bahadır to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafa Birol Ünsi during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mustafa Birol Ünsi hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Gökçek Sururi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Orhan Kuntman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nazım Başer's late challenge caught a Fenerbahçe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cevdet Eryilmaz made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Aşkın Rebi sent off a good shot on target. If Mustafa Birol Ünsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Aşkın Rebi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 75 minutes, Yusuf Bahadır Ilgın mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eskihisar and the Fenerbahçe players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Eskihisar's Mustafa Birol Ünsi in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A collision led to Fenerbahçe getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Buğrahan Engintalay hit a great ball. After having played for 90 minutes, Mustafa Birol Ünsi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eskihisar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mustafa Birol Ünsi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Orhan Kuntman in the 94th minute of play forced Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper Gökçek Sururi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gökçek Sururi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Birol Ünsi, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Fenerbahçe supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fenerbahçe would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
