After having played for 2 minutes, Ahmet Harun Keykubad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cekerek's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Harun Keykubad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oğuzalp Sebuktekin charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oğuzalp Sebuktekin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Cekerek's Oğuzalp Sebuktekin got a free kick in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doğuş Tacal in the 10th minute of play forced Cekerek's goalkeeper Melih Kayan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Cekerek booed when Celikhan JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Burhanettin Bahadır didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Celikhan JK getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Cavit Revis hit a great ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Ahmet Davut Baş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Celikhan JK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Ahmet Harun Keykubad struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Serdar Togay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cekerek. Doğuş Tacal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Harun Keykubad in the 42nd minute of play forced Celikhan JK's goalkeeper Serdar Togay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Sezer Onal hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Melih Kayan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdulmelik Uğurlubey in the 53rd minute of play. Güvenç Hezarfen kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Melih Kayan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İsmet Geylanoğlu in the 65th minute of the match. Ahmet Davut Baş's late challenge caught a Celikhan JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Davut Baş helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Cekerek getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Ahmet Davut Baş hit a great ball. Melih Kayan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Doğuş Tacal went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 2-1 became the score in the 75th minute when Ahmet Harun Keykubad elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Batıhan Köklem kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Ahmet Harun Keykubad put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Serdar Togay. Serdar Togay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Harun Keykubad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
