The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdurrahman Akpınar got free with Mustafa Yaşar Maksum in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zeynel Emektar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Yaşar Maksum having to interfere. With a little luck, FC KAVAKLI's Mustafa Yaşar Maksum got control of the ball when Abdurrahman Akpınar tried to sneak it across the goal line. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zeynel Emektar made a kick off. Seyhun Özdoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, FC KAVAKLI's goal looked a bit too open when Zeynel Emektar came free, but Mustafa Yaşar Maksum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mustafa Yaşar Maksum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeynel Emektar in the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Ahmet Boran Önel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özgür Vahit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Sariyerspor's zone, İrfan Mürşit stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Özgür Vahit came out of the goal and İrfan Mürşit tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet Boran Önel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Şemsettin Kongur took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Özgür Vahit. Sariyerspor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Ahmet Boran Önel sped through Sariyerspor's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Özgür Vahit. Abdurrahman Akpınar charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdurrahman Akpınar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abdurrahman Akpınar kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match.
