Çağatay Çetin's late challenge caught a Kaynarca JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Çağatay Çetin helped the player get up and apologised. Abdullah Tanyolaç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selami Denizhan in the 18th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Acun Zeki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehmet Yazargil was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Acun Zeki succeeded in the game's 44th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half.
