Mustafa Cumhur Şahruh might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Habib Hallaç. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mustafa Cumhur Şahruh ran back to his position shaking his head. Kutay Palabıyık made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seyfettin Zorbey in the 43rd minute of play. Mehmet Emre Tanyol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Habib Hallaç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Cumhur Şahruh, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Seyfettin Zorbey made a kick off. Mehmet Emre Tanyol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Habib Hallaç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cevdet Cevar hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Muradiye FK's Keramettin Çol couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for ADANA 1978. Mehmet Emre Tanyol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mehmet Emre Tanyol in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Habib Hallaç saved Muradiye FK from getting behind. If Mehmet Emre Tanyol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute Mehmet Emre Tanyol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Habib Hallaç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Muradiye FK's zone, Mehmet Emre Tanyol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Habib Hallaç came out of the goal and Mehmet Emre Tanyol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Habib Hallaç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Emre Tanyol in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, ADANA 1978's Mehmet Emre Tanyol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Habib Hallaç narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Muradiye FK booed when ADANA 1978 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Emre Tanyol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mustafa Cumhur Şahruh might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Habib Hallaç. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
