With an all-out effort, Cayyolu JK's Enis Behiç Osmanlıoğlu threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ersan Demirdelen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Enis Behiç Osmanlıoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ersan Demirdelen, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Ersan Demirdelen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Enis Behiç Osmanlıoğlu came out and tried to block the shot, but Ersan Demirdelen slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. Mustafa Birol Kabakçı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şentürk Kıvanç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Alphan İlham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 23 minutes, Ersan Demirdelen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cayyolu JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ersan Demirdelen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ersan Demirdelen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enis Behiç Osmanlıoğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ekber Toprak in the 28th minute. Şentürk Kıvanç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Mustafa Birol Kabakçı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alphan İlham kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 53 minutes into the game, Alphan İlham was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cayyolu JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kastamonu the free kick. After 53 played minutes Cayyolu JK got a freekick which was hit by Alphan İlham. 54 minutes into the match, Kastamonu's Alpertunga Güzir broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Cayyolu JK's Ekber Toprak in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kastamonu's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Kastamonu's zone, Ersan Demirdelen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enis Behiç Osmanlıoğlu came out of the goal and Ersan Demirdelen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th minute Ersan Demirdelen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enis Behiç Osmanlıoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mahsun Özcebe charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mahsun Özcebe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd minute, Mahsun Özcebe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ersan Demirdelen in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enis Behiç Osmanlıoğlu saved Kastamonu from getting behind. Alphan İlham hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Aygün Temirkut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ekber Toprak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enis Behiç Osmanlıoğlu having to interfere. Ersan Demirdelen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enis Behiç Osmanlıoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Ersan Demirdelen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. The referee ignored Cayyolu JK's protests and gave Ahmet Nafiz Peyami a yellow card for diving instead. Ahmet Nafiz Peyami hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
