Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adnan Hizanlı kicked off to start the match. After 6 played minutes Derik got a freekick which was hit by Vehdi Faydalı. The crowd rose to their feet as Ardahan's Adnan Hizanlı slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Esat Sefir. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. Derik's Fahrettin Uyaralp got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ardahan's Lütfullah Turkay got a free kick in the 17th minute. Mustafa Hamit Yaşer charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mustafa Hamit Yaşer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mustafa Hamit Yaşer hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Derik's Esat Sefir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adnan Hizanlı in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ardahan's Tansu Tümcan got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Fahrettin Uyaralp struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Şamil Tayman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Derik. Fahrettin Uyaralp took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Şamil Tayman. Şamil Tayman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. İsmet Gökkuşağı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Şamil Tayman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Çetin Yerhum took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Esat Sefir. Derik's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Esat Sefir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adnan Hizanlı in the 37th minute of the match. If Fahrettin Uyaralp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Derik booed when Ardahan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cevher Eriş didn't get a good kick on the ball.
When Lütfullah Turkay was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 55 minutes had been played. In the 55th minute, Lütfullah Turkay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 64 played minutes Ardahan got a freekick which was hit by Adnan Hizanlı. After a rather tough play, Ardahan's Tansu Tümcan got a free kick in the 65th minute. Fahrettin Uyaralp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şamil Tayman having to interfere. Esat Sefir stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Selmi Keçeci's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Fahrettin Uyaralp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Fahrettin Uyaralp notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Ardahan's Şamil Tayman. Şamil Tayman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Şamil Tayman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fahrettin Uyaralp, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute.
