Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Abdulvahit Ekin got the match started through his kick off. Zekai Cebel took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Devran Seri. Devran Seri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 8 minutes, Okanay Bürgehan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karataş Spor Klubü and the Sögütözü players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Karataş Spor Klubü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Okanay Bürgehan to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Zekai Cebel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Karataş Spor Klubü fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Devran Seri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asım Arif Kongar in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Ahmet Bülent Ergümen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Asım Arif Kongar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 23rd minute Abdulvahit Ekin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Korkut Okboğa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Abdulvahit Ekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Asım Arif Kongar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th minute, Zekai Cebel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Karataş Spor Klubü fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zekai Cebel in the 37th minute of play forced Sögütözü's goalkeeper Devran Seri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Karataş Spor Klubü booed when Sögütözü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hakkı Devrim Tankut didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Karataş Spor Klubü! Ahmet Korkut Okboğa went to the wrong direction when Batu Vahapoğlu was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Karataş Spor Klubü's Ahmet Korkut Okboğa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdulvahit Ekin in the 48th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Asım Arif Kongar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Zekai Cebel came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Karataş Spor Klubü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zekai Cebel couldn't finish the play. In the 54th minute, Ahmet Bülent Ergümen made a precise shot to the right of Ahmet Korkut Okboğa. Karataş Spor Klubü's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 60 minutes into the match, Sögütözü's Ahmet Bülent Ergümen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Korkut Okboğa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Devran Seri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zekai Cebel, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After a rather tough play, Sögütözü's Mehmet Emrah Soyuer got a free kick in the 65th minute. After some careless play in the Sögütözü defense, Asım Arif Kongar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Devran Seri. The Sögütözü fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Devran Seri should have stopped the shot. Ahmet Korkut Okboğa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdulvahit Ekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Devran Seri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Asım Arif Kongar in the 73rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Karataş Spor Klubü's zone, Abdulvahit Ekin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Korkut Okboğa came out of the goal and Abdulvahit Ekin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the match, Asım Arif Kongar notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Sögütözü's Devran Seri. Devran Seri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Karataş Spor Klubü's Asım Arif Kongar got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Asım Arif Kongar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Devran Seri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Karataş Spor Klubü left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sögütözü.
