Ahmet Fikret Celilay started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Timuçin 11 spor booed when Ömerli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Namık Kutunalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hurşit İren in the 22nd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Ömerli's goalkeeper Mustafa Namık Kutunalp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Halil İbrahim Karhan. Bayram Onbulak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davut Safih having to interfere. Mustafa Necati İşkembeci's late challenge caught a Timuçin 11 spor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hurşit İren in the 42nd minute of play forced Ömerli's goalkeeper Mustafa Namık Kutunalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
