The supporters of Cicekdagi JK booed when Göktas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asaf Kayansel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atıf Sökmen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. İbrahim Efe Akyazıcı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Atıf Sökmen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 10 played minutes Göktas got a freekick which was hit by Asaf Kayansel. 13 minutes into the match, Atıf Sökmen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of İbrahim Efe Akyazıcı. Göktas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Atıf Sökmen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 19 played minutes Göktas got a freekick which was hit by Yıldıray Bahçıvan. Kuddusî Koryürek struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. İbrahim Efe Akyazıcı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cicekdagi JK. Bedri Koç hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. When Sancar Bardakçıoğlu fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Göktas's protests and gave Sancar Bardakçıoğlu a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Göktas getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Sancar Bardakçıoğlu hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atıf Sökmen in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck İbrahim Efe Akyazıcı prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hurşit Kamuran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the match, Cicekdagi JK's goal looked a bit too open when Ersin Vefalı came free, but Birdal Trabzonlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Erdi Keremşah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cicekdagi JK's Birdal Trabzonlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ersin Vefalı in the 47th minute of play.

Atıf Sökmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İbrahim Efe Akyazıcı having to interfere. When Cicekdagi JK's Atıf Sökmen in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Göktas's goalie prevented a goal. The Cicekdagi JK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 73 played minutes, Göktas's Sancar Bardakçıoğlu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Birdal Trabzonlu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Göktas reached it. When %teams%'s Ersin Vefalı was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 2-1 just inside the left pole, 74 minutes into the game. Birdal Trabzonlu was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Kuddusî Koryürek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but İbrahim Efe Akyazıcı read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. If Kuddusî Koryürek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
