When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Kutluay Aktaç sped through Pasinler JK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Osman Karun. Aşkın Ubeydullah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tolga Kızılaslan having to interfere. Gölköy SK's İsrafil Bekdil got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pasinler JK's Osman Karun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İlker Yalvaç in the 25th minute of play. 0-2 became the score in the 26th minute when Kutluay Aktaç elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. İsrafil Bekdil kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Aşkın Ubeydullah's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tolga Kızılaslan firmly grabbed it by the left post. İlker Yalvaç kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Aşkın Ubeydullah came free with the goalkeeper in the 33rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tolga Kızılaslan could save by the left post. Kutluay Aktaç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osman Karun having to interfere. Hamdi Atabek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kutluay Aktaç in the 45th minute of play forced Pasinler JK's goalkeeper Osman Karun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Pasinler JK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gölköy SK were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baran Bilge Sunullah made a kick off. Aşkın Ubeydullah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 54 minutes, İsrafil Bekdil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gölköy SK and the Pasinler JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Kutluay Aktaç came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Gölköy SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kutluay Aktaç couldn't finish the play. Gölköy SK's Kutluay Aktaç got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 83 minutes, Kutluay Aktaç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gölköy SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kutluay Aktaç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute, Selmi Kayı fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Osman Karun, passed just outside the right post. The audience was convinced that Kutluay Aktaç's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Osman Karun was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. 88 minutes into the match, Pasinler JK's goalkeeper Osman Karun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Murathan Reşit. If Selmi Kayı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Selmi Kayı might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Osman Karun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Selmi Kayı ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kutluay Aktaç got free with Osman Karun in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gölköy SK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
