Nusaybin's Saffet Batüralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İlhami Akdemir in the 17th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell İlhami Akdemir to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Asım Arif Ustam sped through Nusaybin's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Saffet Batüralp. With a little luck, Nusaybin's Saffet Batüralp got control of the ball when Asım Arif Ustam tried to sneak it across the goal line.
