Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Birsel Çeliker in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hazım Egeli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Hayrat SK's zone, Hazım Tuncalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hazım Egeli came out of the goal and Hazım Tuncalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ali Kürşat Tatu's late challenge caught a İNEGÖLSPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ali Kürşat Tatu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of İNEGÖLSPOR booed when Hayrat SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Kürşat Tatu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aşır Onaran blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Garip Malgır having to make a save. When Necmi Toregün fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hayrat SK's protests and gave Necmi Toregün a yellow card for diving instead. Hayrat SK's Ata Ortanca got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hayrat SK's Hazım Egeli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birsel Çeliker in the 25th minute of play. After 29 minutes, Menderes İnan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the İNEGÖLSPOR and the Hayrat SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to İNEGÖLSPOR getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Menderes İnan hit a great ball. Garip Malgır came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Hayrat SK's Ata Ortanca. But to his dismay, Ata Ortanca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 42 minutes into the game, Hazım Tuncalp cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Hazım Egeli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Hazım Tuncalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Birsel Çeliker in the 52nd minute of play forced Hayrat SK's goalkeeper Hazım Egeli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 53rd minute by Hazım Tuncalp got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Birsel Çeliker came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the İNEGÖLSPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birsel Çeliker couldn't finish the play. If Birsel Çeliker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hazım Tuncalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Hazım Egeli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Birsel Çeliker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hazım Egeli having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Hayrat SK's zone, Hazım Tuncalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hazım Egeli came out of the goal and Hazım Tuncalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hayrat SK's Hazım Egeli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Hayrat SK from getting a goal against them. 75 minutes into the match, Hazım Tuncalp dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hazım Egeli, 1-3. The audience was convinced that Birsel Çeliker's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hazım Egeli was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Cevat Sungurtekin kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Ata Ortanca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Garip Malgır tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes in the game, Hazım Tuncalp fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hazım Egeli having to interfere. Hazım Egeli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Birsel Çeliker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hazım Tuncalp might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hazım Egeli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hazım Tuncalp ran back to his position shaking his head. Hayrat SK's Hazım Egeli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Hayrat SK from getting a goal against them. Hayrat SK's Hazım Egeli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birsel Çeliker in the 95th minute of play. İNEGÖLSPOR played a much better game than Hayrat SK and deserved their victory. The Hayrat SK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
