Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Turgay Sabir kicked off to start the match. After 5 played minutes Develi got a freekick which was hit by Ünal Uludağ. When Nigde's Kudret Akartuna in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Develi's goalie prevented a goal. Turgay Sabir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Serter Oykan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kudret Akartuna in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arif Bilge Tacim saved Develi from getting behind. A collision led to Develi getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Esen Devlettin hit a great ball. Kudret Akartuna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Alim Yavuzcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Kamil Yeğin fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nigde's protests and gave Kamil Yeğin a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Develi booed when Nigde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kamil Yeğin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Özmen Mansız fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serter Oykan having to interfere. Tayfur Sezai's late challenge caught a Develi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tayfur Sezai helped the player get up and apologised. Tayfur Sezai kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Serter Oykan acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 38th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Özgür Hatip. In the 43rd minute Kudret Akartuna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Bilge Tacim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Özmen Mansız managed to get in a good position for a shot. Develi's supporters rose to their feet, but Özmen Mansız was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serter Oykan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tayfur Sezai got his second yellow card in the match during the 52nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nigde's Serter Oykan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Özmen Mansız in the 71st minute of play. If Turgay Sabir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serter Oykan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Turgay Sabir in the 75th minute of play. When Kamil Yeğin was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 78 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Nigde's Kamil Yeğin got a free kick in the 79th minute. Serter Oykan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turgay Sabir, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute.
