Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ilgaz Öktürk started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Necati Umay fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yigilca's protests and gave Necati Umay a yellow card for diving instead. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Yigilca! Cavit Avcıoğlu placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After 12 minutes, Melih Cevdet Vecdi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yigilca and the çilimlispor players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Yigilca's Melih Cevdet Vecdi got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute, Melih Cevdet Vecdi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alkın Tanzer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Yigilca booed when çilimlispor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kamer Yaver didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ender Çokman made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Şafak Sayılgan sent off a good shot on target. Şafak Sayılgan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ender Çokman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 25 played minutes Yigilca got a freekick which was hit by Şansal Seylab. Şafak Sayılgan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 33rd minute Alkın Tanzer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bekir Baykutay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ilgaz Öktürk struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Bekir Baykutay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for çilimlispor. Yigilca's Bekir Baykutay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilgaz Öktürk in the 46th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

If Melih Cevdet Vecdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Bekir Baykutay successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bekir Baykutay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Halil Saner in the 69th minute of play. Alkın Tanzer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Bekir Baykutay made a huge save. Ender Çokman came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Yigilca's Şafak Sayılgan. But to his dismay, Şafak Sayılgan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of Yigilca booed when çilimlispor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nazmi Şatıroğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the match, çilimlispor's Alkın Tanzer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bekir Baykutay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ilgaz Öktürk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ilgaz Öktürk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Bekir Baykutay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ilgaz Öktürk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
