A beautiful save bye Yigilca's goalie prevented a goal. 5 minutes into the match, Yigilca's goal looked a bit too open when Rüknettin Mirza came free, but Bekir Baykutay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hakkı Akmanoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 10 played minutes Ceylanpinar Gücü got a freekick which was hit by Baybora İrem. Bora Tuncal was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Güner Devrim. After 12 played minutes Ceylanpinar Gücü got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Necdet Ustam. When Hakkı Akmanoğlu fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ceylanpinar Gücü's protests and gave Hakkı Akmanoğlu a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 played minutes Ceylanpinar Gücü got a freekick which was hit by Hakkı Akmanoğlu. 17 minutes into the match, Yigilca's goal looked a bit too open when Alper Giryar came free, but Bekir Baykutay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute Alper Giryar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bekir Baykutay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rüknettin Mirza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Bekir Baykutay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yigilca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ceylanpinar Gücü the free kick. Melih Cevdet Vecdi kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Yigilca's goal looked a bit too open when Alper Giryar came free, but Bekir Baykutay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Alper Giryar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bekir Baykutay was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. After having played for 40 minutes, Rüknettin Mirza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ceylanpinar Gücü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rüknettin Mirza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 43rd minute, Arkın Mehdi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The referee ignored Yigilca's protests and gave Şafak Sayılgan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st minute, Şafak Sayılgan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bekir Baykutay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Yigilca booed when Ceylanpinar Gücü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hakkı Akmanoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Yigilca's zone, Alper Giryar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bekir Baykutay came out of the goal and Alper Giryar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rüknettin Mirza might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bekir Baykutay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rüknettin Mirza ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 66th minute Alper Giryar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bekir Baykutay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yigilca's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Alper Giryar scored to the left of an out of position Bekir Baykutay, making the score, 0-1. With a little luck, Yigilca's Bekir Baykutay got control of the ball when Rüknettin Mirza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Şafak Sayılgan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Ceylanpinar Gücü's Çağan Şafakoğlu got a free kick in the 76th minute. Şafak Sayılgan struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Bora Tuncal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yigilca. Zülfü Niğdeli's late challenge caught a Ceylanpinar Gücü's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zülfü Niğdeli helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Yigilca getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Zülfü Niğdeli hit a great ball. Alper Giryar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Yigilca's zone, Alper Giryar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bekir Baykutay came out of the goal and Alper Giryar tried to chip the ball over his head. Ceylanpinar Gücü's Rüknettin Mirza got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Alper Giryar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bekir Baykutay was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Hakkı Akmanoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bekir Baykutay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alper Giryar in the 90th minute of play. After having played for 92 minutes, Alper Giryar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ceylanpinar Gücü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alper Giryar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ceylanpinar Gücü played a much better game than Yigilca and deserved their victory. The Yigilca players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
