Vahit Bilgehan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vefa Sacid having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Varol Zülfü managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tirebolu SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Varol Zülfü was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehmet Bilge Korucu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Vahit Bilgehan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vefa Sacid was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Yusuf Buğra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Vefa Sacid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vahit Bilgehan in the 31st minute of play forced Tirebolu SK's goalkeeper Vefa Sacid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Seyhun Taci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 33 played minutes Adanaspor got a freekick which was hit by Yusuf Buğra. After a defensive mix-up in Tirebolu SK's zone, Yusuf Buğra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vefa Sacid came out of the goal and Yusuf Buğra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yusuf Buğra in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vefa Sacid saved Tirebolu SK from getting behind. In the 44th minute Vahit Bilgehan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vefa Sacid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Tirebolu SK defense, Yusuf Buğra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vefa Sacid. The Tirebolu SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vefa Sacid should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yusuf Buğra was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Altay Berkkan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Adanaspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tirebolu SK the free kick. Altay Berkkan kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Vefa Sacid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yusuf Buğra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 60 minutes, Yusuf Buğra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Adanaspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yusuf Buğra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mehmet Bilge Korucu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Varol Zülfü in the 63rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Adanaspor's Zaid Varol got a free kick in the 64th minute. Yusuf Buğra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Vefa Sacid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vefa Sacid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yusuf Buğra in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yusuf Buğra in the 78th minute of play forced Tirebolu SK's goalkeeper Vefa Sacid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The attack was good, but when Vahit Bilgehan in the 80th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 82nd match minute, Tirebolu SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Varol Zülfü to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Tirebolu SK's Vefa Sacid got control of the ball when Vahit Bilgehan tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tirebolu SK's zone, Zaid Varol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vefa Sacid came out of the goal and Zaid Varol tried to chip the ball over his head.
