The audience was convinced that Ertaç Orcaner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peker Köklem was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. 8 minutes into the match, Göksun's goalkeeper Peker Köklem had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aşır Turay. Mustafa Emre Tuncalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aşır Turay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Peker Köklem made a huge save. A collision led to aslan08 getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Cavit Akçan hit a great ball. Göksun's Mustafa Emre Tuncalp got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Şamil Baştürk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the game, Göksun's Enginalp Topçay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vecdet Durukan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Mustafa Emre Tuncalp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vecdet Durukan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Ertaç Orcaner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Göksun's Peker Köklem got control of the ball when Aşır Turay tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Göksun getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Şeref İlhan hit a great ball. When Mustafa Emre Tuncalp fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Göksun's protests and gave Mustafa Emre Tuncalp a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes Göksun got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Emre Tuncalp. 46 minutes into the match, Göksun's goalkeeper Peker Köklem had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aşır Turay. Enginalp Topçay struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Vecdet Durukan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Göksun. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Enginalp Topçay made the kick off in the second half. If Aşır Turay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aşır Turay in the 62nd minute of play forced Göksun's goalkeeper Peker Köklem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Ertaç Orcaner put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Peker Köklem. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Aşır Turay managed to get in a good position for a shot. aslan08's supporters rose to their feet, but Aşır Turay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peker Köklem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ertaç Orcaner in the 81st minute of play forced Göksun's goalkeeper Peker Köklem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ertaç Orcaner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Peker Köklem read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Peker Köklem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ertaç Orcaner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Şeref İlhan charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Şeref İlhan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Göksun getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. After having played for 92 minutes, Aşır Turay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. aslan08's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aşır Turay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
